When you create a Pawli account, we collect your name, email address, and password (hashed). You may also optionally add a profile photo. When you add a pet profile, we collect the pet's name, species, breed, date of birth or age, weight, and any health information you voluntarily provide, including symptoms, conditions, allergies, and medications.

We automatically collect usage data including which pages you visit, how you interact with the AI assistant, and device information such as browser type and IP address. We use cookies and similar tracking technologies as described in our Cookie Policy.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

Provide, maintain, and improve our services
Process transactions and send related information
Send you technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support messages
Respond to your comments, questions, and customer service requests
Communicate with you about products, services, and events
Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities
Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized transactions

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. After account deletion, we retain data for 90 days before permanent deletion, except where longer retention is required by law. Usage logs are retained for 12 months.

8. Children's Privacy

Pawli is not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately at privacy@pawli.ai.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. For significant changes, we will provide additional notice such as an email or in-app notification.
