1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Pawli, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you use Pawli on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Pawli provides an AI-powered platform for pet health management, including pet profile management, symptom tracking, health journal entries, and AI-generated health guidance. The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Pet Profiles

You may create pet profiles containing health information you voluntarily provide. You represent that all information you provide about your pets is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. You retain ownership of all data you provide and grant us a limited license to use it to provide the Service.

5. Subscription & Billing

Pawli offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and auto-renew unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to: violate any applicable law; infringe on intellectual property rights; upload viruses or malware; attempt unauthorized access; use automated tools to scrape data; harass or threaten users; or engage in any harmful or deceptive activity.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Pawli and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you provide, but grant us a limited license to use it to operate the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pawli and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pawli and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pawli operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. For material changes, we will provide additional notice.
